I want to give a shout out to Kashon Kloset. We say shop black owned businesses and small businesses. But sometimes when we do the customer service sucks.

But not with Kashon. I had a problem with my order that was out of her control. I became frustrated and wanted to give up. Even though my frustration may have been evident, she stayed cool, calm and collected. And at the end of the conversation, she made right something that was not her fault.

Kashon I want you to know I appreciate you and after this, I will be a life long customer.
